Service Nature
Onechcreativeeu provides event planning and party styling services. As these are personalized professional services rather than physical products, our refund policy differs from traditional retail returns. We are committed to working with you to ensure satisfaction with our services.
Deposit Policy
All event bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. This deposit covers the initial planning work, date reservation, and early vendor coordination. The standard deposit is 30% of the total package price, though this may vary based on the service selected. The deposit becomes due upon signing the service agreement.
Cancellation by Client
We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while protecting the time and resources invested in your event:
- Cancellations more than 60 days before the event: Deposit forfeited, no additional charges
- Cancellations 30 to 60 days before the event: Deposit plus 25% of remaining balance due
- Cancellations less than 30 days before the event: 75% of total package price due
- Cancellations less than 14 days before the event: Full package price due
Date Changes
We may accommodate date changes depending on availability. Date changes requested more than 60 days before the original event date may be made without penalty, subject to our availability. Changes within 60 days may incur additional fees to cover vendor rescheduling costs. Only one date change is permitted per booking.
Cancellation by Onechcreativeeu
In the rare event that Onechcreativeeu must cancel services, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit. We will also make every reasonable effort to assist you in finding alternative services for your event.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, pandemic restrictions, or government actions. In such cases, we will work together to reschedule the event or provide appropriate credits toward future services.
Service Adjustments
If you wish to modify your service package after booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Additions to your package can usually be accommodated. Reductions in services may result in adjusted pricing but will not fall below the minimum package value. All changes must be confirmed in writing.
Client Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have concerns about any aspect of our services during the planning process, please communicate with us immediately so we can address issues promptly. We are committed to delivering the celebration experience we promised.
Refund Processing
When a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation confirmation. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please note that bank processing times may add additional days before funds appear in your account.
