Our services include but are not limited to event coordination, venue selection assistance, vendor management, decor and styling, and day-of coordination. Bookings and Deposits
All event bookings require a signed agreement and non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The deposit amount varies based on the service package selected and is outlined in your personalized proposal. Final payment is due according to the schedule specified in your agreement.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. The deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations made within 30 days of the event date, additional fees may apply as outlined in your service agreement. In the event of cancellation by Onechcreativeeu, all payments will be fully refunded.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their event, communicating any changes in a timely manner, making payments according to the agreed schedule, and ensuring venue access for setup and teardown as coordinated. Delays caused by incomplete client information may affect service delivery.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Onechcreativeeu and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without express written permission.
Photography and Media
Onechcreativeeu may photograph events for portfolio and marketing purposes. By engaging our services, you grant us permission to use event photographs for promotional materials unless otherwise specified in writing. We respect your privacy and will not share identifying guest information.
Limitation of Liability
Onechcreativeeu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for the actions or failures of third-party vendors.
